Digital Publication, Website Development, and Promotional Material

For the first issue of Ignatian under my leadership as design chair, I played a key role in the production process over a three-month period. I directed and coordinated with the design team to collaboratively copy-edit, format, and upload over 80 pieces of writing and artwork to our digital literary magazine, hosted on WordPress. Learning to navigate WordPress was challenging, but it gave me the opportunity to develop my skills in patience, effective communication, and clear instruction. I also tutored the design team on using the platform, which strengthened my ability to lead and teach in a creative, team-oriented environment.
